ROBERT DAVID MALOVE is a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer with over 24 years of experience in federal and state trial and appellate courts. Prior to serving as a Public Defender in cases such as murder and other crimes of violence, drug offenses, economic crimes including mortgage fraud, money laundering and RICO to DUI, he graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Pepperdine University School of Law. Uniquely, Mr. Malove has a Master's Degree in Forensic Science -- obtained decades prior to forensic science becoming such an integral component of the administration of justice from The George Washington University and was conferred a baccalaureate degree in the Administration of Justice from The American University Center for the Administration of Justice. He has served as a commentator on COURT-TV and maintains membership in the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Federal Sentencing Committee, and Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Malove is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell® as a pre-eminent lawyer.

Mr. Malove puts great emphasis on legal issues relating to white collar crime defense and the delivery of professional advice and counsel to health care providers, DMEs, and corporate compliance programs with a clear understanding of the applicable sentencing guidelines for which his Health Care Fraud Blog has received widespread recognition.

Mr. Malove recently completed academic studies at The George Washington University and earned a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Corporate Compliance and is Certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association's Certification Compliance Board for recognition of his particularized knowledge in all applications of health care laws: regulatory; civil; and criminal; including requirements under HIPAA, the Stark Act and the Anti-Kickback statute.
